You will play a key role in our organization by working directly with investment and financial planning clients, helping to manage new accounts, account transfers, beneficiary changes, etc. This is a client facing position and does offer the potential for a career path to a financial advisor role and eventual partner.With shared responsibility for the day-to-day operational duties of the firm, the Manager helps keep the office running smoothly and ensures that all client paperwork and processing is handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.Responsibilities & ActivitiesLevel 1Learn and understand all operational processesBecome securities and insurance licensedBecome familiar with all our investment and insurance partner’s websites and how to access client dataContact clients as needed for additional and missing informationPrep for Advisor meetingsService clientsLevel 2All of the above plus:Learn how to run plans in eMoneyBegin Certified Financial Planner programMeet with investment and insurance partners and diagram who fits best in which client situationIdentify insurance opportunitiesProvide insurance analysisCoordinates state, SEC, FINRA, and insurance licensing and appointmentsLevel 3All of the above plus:Sitting in advisor’s client meetingsLearn sales and review processLead meeting follow up activitiesMentor new support advisorGenerate plan and investment recommendations and proposals Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS and ABILITIES Proactive thinker and worker; customer service focus; eager to pleaseDetail-oriented with ability to prioritize; meets tight deadlines with no errorsFriendly; low or no drama personality; professional communicator and problem solverTrustworthy, discreet and confidential.
