Virginia Martin joined Main Street in September of 2018 as the Director Client Experience. In addition to interaction with clients, she manages retirement workshops, client appreciation events, the website and social media. Prior to Main Street she built her skills in a career in the non-profit arena. She was an Executive Director for both Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and the MIT Alumni Association’s program, MIT Enterprise Forum of Atlanta.
Virginia enjoys interacting with people during and after the retirement workshops. She says " I really enjoy watching G. C. engage with the participants, giving them the tools to make retirement a reality. He nurtures the clients, helping some craft long term plans to overcome their debts and retire, while others leave with new confidence they can retire anytime. I love seeing those big smiles at Main Street". She feels her role along with G.C.'s as an important community service which in a way is a continuation of her career in non-profit work. Virginia is a graduate of The University of the South. She and husband Mike live in Alpharetta and have two daughters. They are dog lovers and active in their church and neighborhood.
